Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
- Is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Is in a resalable condition.
- Is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges Options
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
- Exchanges may be arranged if the requested replacement is available. Replacements are dispatched once the returned item is received and approved.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Should your order arrive damaged or defective:

If validated, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

Shipping Your Returns
